Anyway, I did an online quote from Allstate and Geico today and Geico is willing to charge about $75 for the same thing I am paying $133 for at Nationwide. All Coverage seems to be the same (ie Bodily Insurance Liability is 100,000/300,000 just like my nationwide and so on. Should I switch? Tell me good/bad things about your experiences with Geico?

I am trying to get a new car insurance with progressive. They asked me if I had any citations recently (last 3 yrs) and I said no which is not true becuase I just got a citation. My citation was for going 10 miles over the limit. They did ask me for all of my info such as ssn and driver lic #. I am assuming they checked out my records. They gave me a very low quote considering my driving history.

Is it car insurance fraud if I didn’t tell them about my citations?
Could I be dropped?

Please advice.

I think this is a pretty good rate but wonder if others are paying more or less.

I did not sign anything. Everything was done over the phone, actually through my BF he called his dad and they sent the quote off I did not sign anything. I did see online you have to check something, but this was not done online.
