I have my car rear ended in a parking lot. There isn’t a lot of damage but a good size dent. The other parties insurance company contacted me and I’m suppost to meet with a guy today to give me a damage estimate on my vehicle. They told me I could pick any body shop i wanted to get the car fixed. How long will it take him to look over my vehicle and give me the check to get it fixed?

I have been trying to get my own policy, since she is going to sign the car over to me, but I can’t find anything reasonable. I’m paying 65 dollars a month for the policy to be in her name, and I need to stick to that price range. Any suggestions?
