I want to know how the car overtakes a bike even when both are traveling at a same speed.I will put my question in a easier way.

Ex:A bike and car travels at 60mph starting at the same point and time . My question is whether both will reach 60miles after one hour simultaneously?. I know obviously car will reach faster than bike. Whats the reason behind this ??

Kindly answer my question.

My insurance company said they need the car title before they can give me insurance on the car. This doesn’t make any sense, the dealer say they cannot hold on to the car once it’s bought because it’s not their responsbility anymore. But I need to buy the car to get the title and the title won’t be processed for 1-2 weeks. So once I buy the car I need to take it home but that means driving without insurance, what’s going on here is it okay?

Lets say a person couldn’t make payments on a car anymore, the car is only worth $20,000 but they owe the bank $35,000. If they were to have their car repossessed, what would happen? Would they have to come up with the extra $15,000 in cash or would it just go away? Basically, what happens in car repossession when there is negative equity involved?

I have no chargeoffs, and have never been late with any bills, rent, tuition, etc. I’m interested in purchasing a car to replace my gas-guzzling truck now that I’ve landed a great entry-level financial position, and I’m curious as to what to expect from my situation. The car I intend to purchase has an MSRP of $21,000, and I intend to put right around $9,000 down and pay the tax up front (TX 8.25%). I’ve calculated some payment estimates, but since my credit isn’t established, I’m wondering what type of rate I can expect to pay on my loan. I intend to finance the car for 60 months. With a substantial down payment of more than 40% of the car’s value, and net income of $25,000 a year, will I still have a difficult time getting reasonable financing with my young credit history?

Notice that new smell of a brand new car? Nothing feels as great as having your car smell like brand new. It just gives a great feeling. Unfortunately, the smell is temporary and you might be interested in purchasing another new car in the future just for that smell. But isn’t there something I could buy for the car so it smell like brand new again?

I will be renting a car for my next spring holiday and I have 3 kids age 4 yrs, 2 yrs and 6 months. I can barely fit the car seats in my Zafira and I’m afraid that I will need to rent a big car to accomodate the seats. Thanks for your time!

I am starting a car company. We will sell car wax and details and thinks like that. We need a supplier that will send the items we order directly to our clients. Can anyone provide a company that would do that?

A car starts from rest and accelerates uniformly at 3.0 m/s2. A second car starts from rest 6.0 seconds later at the same point and accelerates uniformly at 5.0 m/s2. How long does it take the second car to overtake the first car?

I sent in my car to the local nissan dealership to have a mass air flow sensor replaced (and some other repairs totalling $800). They told me it would take two days. It turns out they have to order the part from Japan and it will take up to 2 weeks. Are they obligated to give me a rental if I ask for it?

Hi,

In a situation when one hires a car and then commits a traffic offence, in many cases the police asks the rental company to provide driver details so they can charge a fine directly.

What information does the car rental company provide to the police? Is it just name and address of the driver or is it something else such as passport number or driving license details?
