Go to your parent’s insurance agent, and just ask them for a ballpark.
You can’t get a real quote without personal info, as credit score is part of the rating criteria – so you need a ballpark.
If you drive an old beater, and you’re not in a major city, figure the car will cost you $1,000 a year for minimum coverage, the renters will cost you $150 a year, and the health insurance will cost you $200 a month.
